EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Kfir "K" Meshulam is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified exercise physiologist and and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with nearly 15 years of experience in the exercise science industry. He holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and has gained extensive experience and knowledge through training within the military, NASM, ACSM, IBB, and PPSC conferences and certifications, his studies at Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine, and The College of New Jersey (TCNJ)'s world-renowned exercise science undergraduate program.
K specializes in weight training, fat-loss, functional training, customized sport-specific programs, youth athletic training, injury prevention, and corrective exercise.
LEILANI ROSE
INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION COACH
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Leilani Rose is a NASM certified nutrition coach and Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), with over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Prior to beginning her yoga practice, she was a gymnast and competitive figure skater. She previously worked in the healthcare industry, where she led teams and projects within rare disease, arthritis, digestive, respiratory, COVID-19, and more. She brings with her 7 years of service as an emergency medical technician and learnings from David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies—giving her even deeper insight into health, wellness, and body systems.
Leilani specializes in evidence-based nutrition guidance that supports overall wellness and Vinyasa, Hatha, and Iyengar style yoga.
SHEA SIMS
SENIOR FITNESS COACH
Shea Sims is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist with more than 17 years of experience in personal training and individualized exercise programming. She holds a master’s degree in Sport Studies and Sport Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Greenville University. Before joining Envision, Shea spent 17 years as a personal trainer and co-owner of a private training studio, where she worked with clients ranging from beginners and active older adults to individuals returning to exercise after rehabilitation. With a background in both exercise and psychology, Shea brings a highly individualized approach to coaching, using behavior-change and sport psychology principles to help clients build consistency, confidence, and sustainable progress.
Shea specializes in corrective exercise, injury prevention, functional movement, strength training, and working with active older adults and post-rehabilitation clients.
CHRIS BIMBLE
FITNESS COACH
Chris Bimble holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from The College of New Jersey. Throughout his studies, he developed a strong passion for movement of the body. Chris gained hands-on experience working as a physical therapy aide at ProCare Rehabilitation, where he deepened his understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional movement. An avid swimmer and weightlifter himself, Chris enjoys applying evidence-based principles to his own training as well as his coaching practices. His greatest passion lies in helping others discover forms of exercise they genuinely enjoy and can sustain for life. Chris is certified in Youth Training through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and enjoys coaching people of all ages and experience levels.
Chris specializes in youth training, strength training, hypertrophy training, and injury prevention.
JAKE METTE
FITNESS COACH
Jake Mette holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Temple University and is a NASM Certified Senior Fitness Specialist. He has experience in strength and conditioning, exercise research, fitness programming, and health and wellness. Through his work with Holy Family University, the American Heart Association, and FOX Rehabilitation, Jake has developed a strong foundation in exercise programming and helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals. He is passionate about using exercise to help people improve their health, performance, and overall quality of life.
Jake specializes in strength and conditioning, functional training, mobility, injury prevention, and individualized exercise programming.
