TRAINING & SCHEDULING

  • How often should I come?

That depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level.

Most of our clients train 2–3 times per week, which provides enough consistency to build strength, improve mobility, and create lasting results. During your assessment, we'll recommend a schedule that's realistic and sustainable for you.

  • How long are training sessions?

Most personal training sessions are 30 minutes, allowing us to provide focused, efficient coaching that fits into busy schedules.

We also offer longer sessions when appropriate for specific goals or services.

  • Do I have to come on the same days every week?

    Not at all.

Many members enjoy recurring appointments because they help create consistency, but you're welcome to book different days and times based on your schedule.

Since your individualized program follows you—not a specific trainer—you have the flexibility to train with any coach and still receive a seamless experience.

  • Can I switch membership plans later?

    Yes.

As your goals or schedule change, we're happy to help you move into a membership that better fits your current needs.

  • What happens if I miss a week?

Whether you're sick, traveling, or simply have a busy week, your coach will help you get back on track. Depending on your situation, we may adjust your programming, recommend a home or travel workout, or discuss whether a membership pause makes sense.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Can my spouse, family member, or friend train with me?

    Yes.

We offer partner training for couples and friends, and family discounts are available when multiple family members train with us.

  • Will I have to lift heavy weights?

Not unless it's appropriate for you.

Strength training doesn't always mean lifting heavy. We choose the right exercises and resistance based on your experience, goals, movement quality, and comfort level.

Some clients eventually enjoy lifting heavier as they become stronger, while others focus on mobility, balance, endurance, or general fitness. Your program is built around what's best for you.

  • Do you work with teenagers?

    Yes.

We work with teens and young athletes who want to improve strength, athletic performance, movement quality, confidence, or establish healthy exercise habits. Programs are always age-appropriate and tailored to the individual.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • What if I have bad knees, back pain, or other joint issues?

    You're in good company.

Many of our clients come to us because traditional exercise hasn't worked for them—or because pain has kept them from being active.

Our assessment process helps us understand how your body moves so we can select exercises that are appropriate for you, modify movements when needed, and help you build strength and confidence without unnecessarily aggravating painful areas.

  • What if I'm currently working with a physical therapist or chiropractor?

We're happy to work alongside your healthcare providers whenever appropriate.

If you've been given exercises or movement restrictions, we'll incorporate those into your program and communicate with your provider when helpful (with your permission).

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • I'm intimidated by gyms. Will I fit in?

    Absolutely.

Many of our members felt the same way before they joined.

Our studio is intentionally designed to be welcoming, supportive, and free of the intimidation often associated with large commercial gyms. You'll never be expected to "keep up" with anyone else, because every client follows their own individualized program.

  • What if I've tried fitness programs before and nothing has worked?

Many of our clients have had that experience.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all workouts, we take the time to understand your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and what's prevented success in the past. We then build a personalized plan that evolves with you and provide the accountability and coaching needed to help you stay consistent.

  • How quickly will I see results?

Everyone's journey is different, but many clients notice improvements in strength, energy, mobility, confidence, and everyday activities within the first several weeks.

Meaningful, lasting results come from consistency over time, and our focus is on helping you build habits that support long-term health—not quick fixes.

  • What if I don't know what my goals are yet?

    That's perfectly okay.

Many people come to us simply wanting to feel better, move more easily, or become healthier. During your assessment, we'll help clarify your goals and develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and priorities.

  • Do I have to be fit before I start?

    Not at all.

Helping people get started is what we do. Whether you're returning to exercise after years away or beginning for the first time, we'll meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.

  • What makes Envision different?

At Envision, we believe great coaching is about more than counting reps.

Every client begins with a comprehensive assessment, receives a personalized training program, and benefits from ongoing coaching that's tailored to their progress. Your program evolves as you do, and every trainer works from the same individualized plan, allowing you to train with different coaches while maintaining continuity of care.

Our goal isn't simply to help you exercise—it's to help you move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, improve your health, and build habits that support a lifetime of wellness.
